Return Policy

We aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return products for a full refund of the purchase price within 90 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect.

Return Conditions:

For items with no quality issue, Please ensure that there is no stain or cleaning affecting the re-sale. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.

Return address:
You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse(Address: Bangni E-commerce Warehouse, No. 22-23, Xinxing Logistics Park, Guandi Town, Xinxiang, Henan Province, China). Please always contact us prior to returning the items. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.

We will issue a refund within 2 days of receiving the returned package.(Refund of original payment method)

The customer is responsible for all customs and tax issues and verifying the accuracy of the address. In case of refund due to the following reasons, 20% of the order amount will be deducted as freight loss:

Returned due to incomplete/wrong address provided by customer.
Returned by the destination country’s customs.
Returned due to non-delivery: customer does not pick up the package at the local post.
Returned due to refusal of the package by customer.
If the package is returned due to wrongly printed address on the package, the replacement will be free or it will be completely refunded. Please request a resend or refund.

For any reason if you would like to cancel your order while order is under shipping process, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. Because cross-border shipping involves complicated procedures, domestic and international custom clearance, and local and international shipping carriers and agencies.
If you refuse to take delivery package from postman or do not pick up your delivery package from your local pick-up stores, our customer service will not be able to judge the situation of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.
